Hospitality is big in Texas, just like everything else. But Casey Lopez, who has studied hospitality management at the college level, puts a different spin on it. She joined Tip Top Financial in 2023 as the client relations director, and while she is always a welcoming presence, her ultimate goal is achieved this way: “I thrive off of streamlining projects and implementing any and all systems that help David be where he wants to be — with his clients.”
Casey grew up in Arlington, then spent some time in Santa Barbara, California, studying biology and hospitality management, before making her way back to Texas and eventually to Tip Top Financial. “David was the kind of boss I wanted and needed. He genuinely cares about those around him. I feel that I am part of a business that MATTERS and helps people.”
Outside of work, Casey spends time with her young daughter, Ethelene, and her husband, Jesus. They have a widespread extended family who they visit whenever they can. Closer to home, she and her husband enjoy time with his family watching soccer, boxing/UFC and other sports, eating out and barbecuing.
